Careg offers products for sale and carries out its e-commerce activities towards end consumers and reseller companies.
These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on the site between users of the site itself.
Careg may not process your purchase orders if there are insufficient guarantees of solvency, if they are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are unavailable. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that Careg has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons.
If the products presented on our site are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site, Cares will take care to inform you promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which you sent your order to Careg, of the possible unavailability of the products ordered.
In case of advance payment, Trezeta srl will refund the amount already paid.
Guarantees and indication of product prices
Our website offers only top-quality products for sale.
These products are purchased directly from carefully selected manufacturers and retailers for their rigorous quality controls.
The essential product characteristics are presented on our website within each product page. However, the images and colors of the products for sale may not correspond to the actual products due to the Internet browser and monitor used. The weight indicated for some typical products allows a 10% tolerance as they are not packaged using industrial methods.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Trezeta srl reserves the right to refuse returns of products that are missing their original packaging, have been altered from their original packaging, or have been damaged.
In case of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to PayPal or other banks, which provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to access it in any way.
Furthermore, this information will never be used by Trezeta srl except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue refunds in the event of any product returns, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report fraud on our site to the police.

| Right of Withdrawal Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) |
| The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. This right entitles the consumer to return the purchased goods to the seller and receive a refund for the purchase price, meaning the net amount paid for the goods excluding additional costs such as packaging, labor, shipping, and cash on delivery fees. The deadline for refunding the customer is a maximum of 14 days. Specifically, the consumer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must send the seller a specific notification within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The notification of withdrawal must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to our registered address. The notification must include the specifics of the items the consumer wishes to return and the bank details for the refund. The consumer must also return the intact and perfectly packaged products to the store in question at the address provided by the store within 14 calendar days of receiving them. In order for this right to apply, the following conditions must be met: 1. The goods, unused and undamaged, complete with all accessories, must be returned in their original packaging, protected by suitable wrapping to prevent any alteration of the original packaging during transport; 2. The goods must be shipped at the customer's expense to the following address: Zizzola Paolo – Via Isonzo 124, 22066 Mariano Comense (CO) – Please note that the shipping company is always responsible for the goods' transportation. Therefore, if the product arrives damaged, the customer will be responsible for requesting compensation from the shipping company. It is therefore advisable to insure the shipment. Once the product has been returned, if it meets the requirements for this right, Trezeta srl will issue a refund. Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their business activity. Purchases made with a VAT number are therefore excluded. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods and services whose price is tied to fluctuations in financial market rates beyond the supplier's control. This includes the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized, or goods that by their nature cannot be returned because they would risk deterioration or alteration.
