All our shipments are insured to guarantee any replacements.

Shipping and deliveries 

Shipping methods vary depending on the area, the type of goods purchased, and the delivery time.
For deliveries to remote areas (see list at the end of the page) , a surcharge will be applied to shipping costs.
If you think you'll be located in one of these disadvantaged areas, please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide you with a personalized quote.
Failure to communicate by the customer will still result in a charge upon delivery.

A quality service

Shipping for Careg is the first of our customer services.
With Careg, shipping is not a standardized operation, but adapts to the customer's needs and product characteristics.

Delivery times 

Delivery takes on average 7 to 15 days (after payment has been viewed).
For some products and at certain times of the year (for example, around holidays), delivery times may increase.

Delivery methods

Delivery takes place at street level outside the home.

Storage costs

All storage costs resulting from failure to meet delivery appointments or repeated unavailability of the customer will be charged to the customer.

Acceptance Methods of Goods

Upon arrival of the courier (Fercam, GLS, TNT, etc.), carefully inspect the packaging and REPORT ANY IMPERFECTIONS ON THE PACKAGING, EVEN THE SMALLEST (such as crumpled cardboard, tears, wet cardboard, dents, etc.). SUCH ANOMALIES MUST BE RECORDED on the receipt, which will be retained by the courier. It is then essential to notify us of the incident by email within 7 days. PLEASE NOTE: IF THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT FOLLOWED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE PRODUCTS FREE OF CHARGE. DELIVERIES MUST NEVER BE REFUSED, EVEN IF THERE IS OBVIOUS DAMAGE TO THE GOODS. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURN AND REDISCOVERY COSTS. Any returned items must always be in their original packaging. All deliveries, unless specifically requested, are made at street level.

List of Disadvantaged Areas:

– All the smaller islands (including Venice) and the larger islands

A surcharge is applied for these areas.
